Solution Architecture
Next.js web application utilizing zero-retention WebRTC for video sessions, paired with a HIPAA-compliant Node.js API layer interacting with hospital EHR repositories via authenticated FHIR endpoints.
Implementation Process
- Conducted accessibility testing with diverse patient age cohorts and assistive screen readers
- Engineered encrypted communication channels with ephemeral tokens and audit trail logging
